matching radio receiver module that can be fitted to your existing Liftboy
garage door operator within about 5 minutes with no technical knowledge |

Wessex Liftboy GB1 garage door operator with

(self adhesive fixing pads are included)
The new Seip receiver is connected to the three terminals on the motor casing as follows:
black/blue wire to RH terminal
blue wire to centre terminal
red wire to left terminal Note: the original receiver unit
can be removed (see F.A.Q.) The two core bell wire from the wall mounted
pushbutton switch (if fitted) should remain connected
(see white wires in image above) An ideal upgrade for older garage door operators for which replacement handsets are no longer available |

Frequently Asked Questions Q/ If my aging electric operator fails, can the new Seip keyfobs be used with a replacement electric operator ?
A/ Yes - Seip are Europe's leading garage door operator manufacturer and the keyfob transmitters supplied with our upgrade kits are compatible with the Seip TS series electric door operator range Q/ Can I use the spare button(s) on Seip keyfobs to control other doors or items around the home ?
A/ Yes - Seip produce a range of receivers to enable gates, water pumps & lights etc. to be controlled by spare buttons on the keyfob . Q/ Will I still be able to use the original hand transmitters ?
A/ In most cases the original Liftboy receiver may be left connected in addition to the new Seip receiver to enable both new and old transmitters to control your door but their is however a possibility that having two receivers mounted adjacent to each other may result in reduced range.
(please note :- you won't benefit from the improved security of the Seip code hopping technology until the old receiver is disconnected) Q/ What is the range from which I can control the door ?
